As we say Up North ‘You don’t get owt for nowt’. In other words, you don’t get anything back if you don’t put anything in. At least that’s what we like to think.
Unfortunately, it isn’t always the case when it comes to things like building insurance. You pay month in month out, but then, if you need to make a claim the insurance companies make it into such a faff that you end up walking away with a scrap of what you deserve, or sometimes not even bothering. So, really you may as well have paid nowt in the first place.
We see loads of these cases, where insurance companies bewilder their customers with jargon and loopholes to put them off claiming, and quite frankly it’s not on.

To be fair, we’d probably shout quite loudly about our extensive knowledge of buildings and how our team are highly skilled in identifying and rectifying any damage. In fact they do such a grand job that due to customer requests we’ve recently extended our service to provide full-scale home renovations for non-insurance claims.
That might be what we do, but it’s not who we are. The bottom line is, we are real people who take pride in what we do. We are local, approachable and always on hand to help. In short, we say what we are going to do and then we do it.
