In this example, a customer’s dishwasher was leaking. Due to the steady nature of the leak, the damage wasn’t visible, but our client began to notice a damp smell.
The water had seeped beneath the insulation, chipboard and floor coverings.
Without causing any damage, we were able to use non-invasive equipment to check moisture levels and successfully prove a leak.
Again, we continued to support our client by stripping the floor back to dry it out, while ensuring the kitchen remained in a usable state for the family. We then fully restored the room following the successful completion of the work.
