For the drying and reinstatement services we offer, we charge a fee of £150 + VAT for an on-site consultation. This visit includes full moisture mapping, which allows us to provide you with an accurate and realistic quote right from the start. However, we want to make it clear that if you decide to proceed with the quote we’ve provided, we will gladly refund this cost to you.
So, in the end, you’re not only getting an accurate assessment but also ensuring that the process is handled professionally from beginning to end, with no hidden surprises along the way.
