After many years focusing purely on reinstating properties for insurance claims we noticed a shift in the type of inquiries we were getting. We had started getting calls from people who weren’t making claims, they just liked what we did. It turned out that our reinstatement customers had been so happy with the quality of the work we provided they had told their friends. We won’t lie, we were made up!

Remember our earlier cautions about Jack of All Trades? Well, here’s where we practice what we preach. We are top of our game in reinstating and renovating properties, we are not suggesting that we build you a four-storey extension! First things first
Before we undertake any project, our structural engineer will inspect the property to discuss your ideas. Here’s where you will get a professional (and honest) opinion of whether the project is structurally feasible.
Then, using the expertise of our architectural designer we will work with you to develop a plan to bring your ideas to life. At this point we can discuss costs, the type of disruption you can expect and an estimated time scale. As with our reinstatement works, you will benefit from our end-to-end project management service, with a single point of contact.
